Rules ready to go
- A consent form signed before the appointment, on a tablet or by link.
- Before and after photos, private, on the client card.
- A 30% deposit at booking, paid to your own payment account.
- 15 minutes between clients for cleaning and sterilising.
- Minimum age 18, checked on the card.

Deposit for the session
Tattoo sessions can require a deposit. The client pays your Stripe account or your own link, and the slot is held only once paid.
Design and placement on file
Design notes, placement and reference photos stay with the client from consultation to the last session.
18+ and consent
The record has an ID check and the consent form is signed before the session.

Can I book multi session pieces?
Yes, as a series of appointments for the same client.
What if the deposit isn't paid?
The slot is released automatically after the time you set, usually 30 minutes.
Can I have several artists?
Yes. Each artist has a calendar column and their own clients.
Can I keep photos of finished work?
Yes, as after photos on the client record.
