Parties and roles
This agreement is part of the Agendessa Terms of service. The salon (the business with an Agendessa account) is the controller of its clients' data, and SYNTRANOVA AL LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 485824, with its registered office at Nikis 1, Anthoupoli, 2350 Nicosia, Cyprus is the processor, processing it only on the salon's behalf.
What data and why
Clients' identification and contact details, appointments, services, notes, records and trade specific fields, signed forms and consents, before and after photos, recorded payments, messages and, if the salon switches on the AI receptionist, conversations and calls. The sole purpose is providing the Agendessa service to the salon.
Our obligations
- We process data only on the salon's documented instructions.
- People with access are bound by confidentiality.
- We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role based access, separation of each business's data, backups.
- We help the salon answer its clients' requests (access, erasure, export).
- We notify the salon without undue delay of any personal data breach.
- When the contract ends we delete or return the data, as the salon chooses, except what the law requires us to keep.
- We make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance with these obligations.
Sub processors
The salon authorises the sub processors listed in the Privacy policy (Hetzner hosting in Germany, Brevo email and, only if the salon enables them, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Meta and the salon's own Stripe). We announce any change in advance and the salon may object.
Transfers
Data is hosted in Germany. Transfers to providers outside the EU are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU and US Data Privacy Framework.
The salon's obligations
The salon is responsible for the legal basis of the data it enters, for informing its clients, for consents to marketing and to sensitive data (for example health data in clinics) and for the lawfulness of its instructions to us.
