Who provides the service
Agendessa is provided by SYNTRANOVA AL LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 485824, with its registered office at Nikis 1, Anthoupoli, 2350 Nicosia, Cyprus. These terms apply to agendessa.com and the app at app.agendessa.com (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
What Agendessa is
Agendessa is cloud software for salons, spas, clinics, studios and other appointment based businesses: calendar, online booking, client records, payments, packages, messages, reports and, optionally, an AI receptionist that answers calls and messages.
Your account
You are responsible for the details you register with, for keeping your password safe and for everything done in the account by people you give access to. Tell us straight away at office@agendessa.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
Subscriptions and payment
The service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and prices are those published on the pricing page or in the offer we send you. The subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel it. We tell you in advance about any price change.
The salon's money
Agendessa does not collect or hold the salon's money. Your clients pay through your own providers (card terminal, cash, your own Stripe account or other payment links), directly to you. Agendessa only records the payment for your records and reports. You are responsible for tax documents (receipts, invoices) under the law of your country.
Your clients' data
You are the controller of your clients' data and we process it on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for having a legal basis for the data you enter and your clients' consent for marketing messages. You can export your data at any time.
The AI receptionist
The AI receptionist is optional. It answers on behalf of the salon, checks free times, books appointments, asks the client to confirm before booking and hands delicate conversations (for example same day cancellations) to a person. Like any automated system it can make mistakes: review conversations and appointments regularly and keep your services, prices and rules up to date.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activities, unsolicited messages (spam), abusive content, attempts to bypass security or to overload the system. We may suspend access in case of abuse after notice, except in urgent situations.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Termination
You can close your account at any time in the settings or by writing to us. Before closing you can export your data; after closing we delete it as described in the Privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights of your country. Consumers can also use the European online dispute resolution platform, ODR.
Changes and contact
