The app and the database run on Hetzner servers in Nuremberg, Germany. Your data is not hosted outside the EU.

Backups every night
The database is backed up automatically every night. Copies stay 14 days on the server and are copied daily to a second, separate server, where they are kept for 30 days.
Encrypted connections everywhere
The dashboard, the booking page and business websites run on HTTPS only, with certificates renewed automatically.
Passwords and keys protected
Passwords are never stored in plain text, only as a hash. Your WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger connections and your Stripe keys are stored encrypted (AES 256).
Everyone sees only what they need
Roles for owner, manager, reception and team members, plus 13 permissions: who sees client phone numbers and emails, who takes payments, who can export or delete.
Sign in log
Every sign in is logged with date, IP address and device. Failed attempts are tracked.
Your data is yours, export it anytime
Your client list and reports (appointments, sales, payments, commissions) download as CSV anytime, straight from the dashboard.
Money never passes through us
Online payments go straight to your own Stripe account. We never see or store card details.

Who is responsible
Your business is the controller of your clients' data. Agendessa (SYNTRANOVA AL LTD, a company in Cyprus, EU) processes it only on your behalf, as a processor.
Data processing agreement
The processing terms are set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which applies to every account.
Consents and records
Forms and consents signed by clients stay in their record, with the signing date.
Deletion
With the right permission, a client can be deleted from your records at their request.
