Yes. WhatsApp messages go through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Business-initiated WhatsApp messages need templates approved by Meta, and Meta charges per message.

Can I ask clients for a review after their visit?

Yes. Agendessa includes an automated review request after the visit, so you can ask at the right moment without typing the same message each time.

Can messages be sent when a client is due to return?

Yes. Agendessa can send a time-to-come-back message after each service's interval, such as a follow-up after a colour appointment or a regular treatment.

Can I send SMS campaigns?

SMS is coming later. Today, campaigns are available by email and WhatsApp.
