Agendessa

Delete your Agendessa account

You can delete your Agendessa account yourself, in the mobile app or on the web, at any time. If you cannot sign in, send us a request with the form below and we will handle it for you.

In the Agendessa app

  1. Open the Agendessa app on your phone and sign in.
  2. Go to Me and tap Delete account.
  3. Read what will be deleted and confirm with your password.

On the web

  1. Sign in at app.agendessa.com.
  2. Open Settings › Profile.
  3. Under Delete account, confirm with your password.

Can't sign in? Send us a request

Enter the email address of your Agendessa account. We send a confirmation to that address and act once the request is confirmed from it, so nobody can delete an account that is not theirs. You can also write to us at office@agendessa.com.

We use this address only to handle your request.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email, phone, password and profile photo.
  • Your sign in sessions and the notification tokens of your devices.
  • Your support tickets and messages to our team.
  • If you are the business owner: the whole business, meaning clients and client records, photos, bookings, services, forms, messages, AI receptionist conversations and call recordings, uploaded files, and the accounts of team members who do not belong to another business.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Invoices and accounting records for your subscription, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 10 years).
  • A short record of the deletion (email address, date and what was deleted), to show that we completed your request.
  • Encrypted backups: deleted data disappears from them within 30 days, as backups are replaced.
  • If you are a team member, the business keeps its own data, such as bookings and the team schedule, because it belongs to the business.

Timeline

  • Team member: the account is deleted immediately.
  • Business owner: access stops immediately for you and your whole team, and the business with all its data is permanently deleted after 30 days. During those 30 days you can cancel from the link in the email we send you.
  • Request sent with this form: we complete it within 30 days after you confirm it from your email address.

Are you a client of a business that uses Agendessa?

Your bookings and records belong to that business, which decides how they are kept. Ask the business directly to delete your data. If you cannot reach them, write to us at office@agendessa.com and we will forward your request. More details are in our Privacy policy.
