The assessment, booked online

The owner books a behaviour assessment or a consultation themselves, from their phone, at a free time.

The training field without overlaps

The training field is a resource in the calendar. A private session and a group class never land on the field at the same time.

Session packages

Private sessions come in packages of 10, puppy classes in packages of 6 and obedience classes in packages of 8. Each one counts down on its own.

The dog's details

The dog's name, breed, age, up-to-date vaccinations and the behaviour to work on sit on the owner's record. After a session, the owner gets the “Time to come back” message after 7 days.

Frequently asked questions

Does it keep the dog's medical records?

No. Agendessa is not veterinary software. On the record you only tick whether vaccinations are up to date, so you know before a group class.

Can I run group classes?

Yes. Obedience and puppy classes use the training field as a resource, with their own session packages.

What about owners who don't show up?

Owners get a reminder before the session and can cancel from the link, so the field is free again. No-shows are counted on the record.

Can I take payment for a package up front?

Yes. Sell the package at checkout and issue a receipt or invoice, and each session is deducted from it.

Does the AI receptionist answer messages?

If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books while you are on the field.
