How you work with Agendessa
Online booking per studio
The client chooses the photo studio by the hour, the video studio for half a day, a podcast recording or the rehearsal room and a free time from their phone.
A 30% deposit at booking
The booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit, paid online to your own Stripe account, and you take the rest at the end with a receipt or invoice.
15 minutes between sessions
After every session 15 minutes stay free to reset lights and set, so the next client starts on time.
Requested gear, on the record
On the record you note the project type and the equipment needed, and the calendar has one column for the studio and one for the rehearsal room.
Frequently asked questions
Does it manage equipment stock?
No. Agendessa does not keep a gear inventory or track check-in and check-out. You note on the record what equipment the client needs for the session.
Can I hire by the hour and by half day?
Yes. Each option is a separate service with its own length on the same resource, and bookings never overlap.
Can I have a studio and a rehearsal room?
Yes. Each space is a resource, and a booking only needs the space to be free, not a team member.
What if the client cancels?
They get a reminder before the booking and can cancel from the link. You handle the deposit according to your own cancellation rules.
Does the AI receptionist take bookings?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books into the calendar.
