The trial lesson, online

The parent or student books the trial lesson themselves, with the teacher and a free time, from their phone.

Packages of 8 lessons

Private lessons of 45 or 60 minutes are sold in packages of 8 that are deducted at every lesson.

Lesson rooms as resources

Each lesson room is a resource. The calendar never puts two teachers in the same room at the same time.

Next week's lesson

After a lesson, the student gets the “Time to come back” message after 7 days. The record keeps the instrument, level and parent contact.

Frequently asked questions

Can messages go to the parent?

The student record has a “Parent / contact” field. Booking, reminders and payment can be in the parent's name.

Does it issue diplomas or certificates?

No. Agendessa does not issue diplomas. Audition or competition preparation is a service you can book, with its own length.

Does it host online lessons?

No. If you teach online, run the lesson on your own platform. Agendessa handles the booking, reminders and payment.

Can I have several teachers?

Yes. Each teacher has their own hours and students, and rooms are shared without overlaps.

Does the AI receptionist answer messages?

If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books.
