How you work with Agendessa
Hot desks by the hour or day
The member picks a hot desk by the hour or the day and a free spot from their phone. The calendar never gives away the same desk twice.
Meeting rooms, in columns
The calendar has one column per meeting room and desk, and a booking only needs the room to be free, not a team member.
Invoices to the company
On the record you note the company and tick “invoice to company”. Payment is online to your own Stripe account, and you issue the invoice at checkout.
Events with a deposit, and tours
Event space hire is booked with a deposit, and anyone thinking of joining books the 30 minute space tour on their own.

Is it an access control or lease system?
No. Agendessa does not open doors, manage access cards or handle leases. It handles bookings, payments and the client record.
Can I have several rooms and desks?
Yes. Each room and each hot desk is a resource with its own name, and bookings never overlap.
Can I take payment at booking?
Yes. Set a payment or a deposit on the service, paid online to your own Stripe account, and issue a receipt or invoice at checkout.
Do members get reminders?
Yes. They get a reminder before the booking and can cancel from the link, so the room is free for someone else.
Does the AI receptionist take bookings?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks which rooms are really free and books into the calendar.
