Does it connect to the official test or keep the school register?

No. Agendessa does not connect to the driving test authority and does not keep the school's official register. It handles bookings, lessons, the learner record and payment.

Can I see how many lessons each learner has left?

Yes. The package is deducted at every lesson, and the record also has a “Lessons done” field.

How do I track enrolment documents?

On the learner record you tick “Medical and psychological certificates submitted”, so you see at a glance who is ready to start.

Can I schedule theory classes too?

Yes. Theory classes and mock theory tests use the theory room as their resource.

Does the AI receptionist answer the phone?

If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks your instructors' real free times and books.
