Online booking per court
The player chooses tennis 60 minutes, padel 90 or football 60 or 90 and a free court from their phone, even at night. No more copying bookings from messages.
The calendar by court
The calendar has one column per court (tennis, padel, football), so you see at a glance what is taken and where the gaps are.
Booking by resource
For court hire only the court has to be free, not a team member, and two bookings never land on the same court at the same time.
Coached lessons, in packages
The tennis lesson with a coach is sold as a 10 session package that counts down on its own. The coach has their own hours and the court is blocked automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Does it control court access or lighting?
No. Agendessa does not operate gates, turnstiles or floodlights. It handles bookings, the calendar by court, reminders and payments.
Can I take payment at booking?
Yes. Set a payment or a deposit on the service, paid online to your own Stripe account, and issue a receipt or invoice at checkout.
What about players who book and do not turn up?
Players get a reminder before the booking and can cancel from the link, so the court is free for someone else. No-shows are counted on the record.
Can I have several courts of the same type?
Yes. Each court is a resource with its own name, and players only see times when at least one court is free.
Does the AI receptionist take bookings?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks which courts are really free and books into the calendar.
