How you work with Agendessa

Document drop-off, booked

The client books the 15 minute monthly document drop-off online. After 30 days they get the “Time to come back” message on their own, so you stop chasing paperwork.

The client's company record

The record holds the company, its tax ID, its tax regime and whether it is VAT registered, so you know who you are meeting.

Year end and personal tax returns

The year end meeting and the personal tax return come back after 365 days, so clients book in time every year instead of all in the last week.

Paid consultations

Tax and business set-up consultations can be paid online to your own Stripe account, and you issue the invoice at checkout.

Does it do the bookkeeping or file tax returns?

No. Agendessa is not accounting software and does not file anything. It handles appointments, the client record and reminders, next to the accounting software you already use.

Can several accountants use it?

Yes. Each accountant has their own hours and clients, and the client books online with the accountant who looks after them.

How do I remind clients to bring their documents?

The document drop-off comes back after 30 days. The client gets the message to book on their own, plus a reminder before every appointment.

Do online consultations work?

Yes. Agendessa books them and sends the reminder, and you hold the video call on the platform you already use.

Does the AI receptionist answer the phone?

If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books the appointment. It does not give tax advice.
