Consultations booked online

The client chooses an in office or online legal consultation, the lawyer and a free time from their phone, even at night. You stop losing enquiries while you are at a hearing.

The record holds the case number, the matter, the court and hearing date, plus a tick box for the conflict check, so you do it before the first meeting.

The meeting room, without overlaps

The meeting room is a resource. Two lawyers cannot book it for the same time, and each lawyer has their own hours.

Data processing consent, on the phone

The client signs the data processing consent through a link before the consultation. An automatic reminder goes out before the appointment, and they can cancel from the link.

Frequently asked questions

Does it manage cases and court deadlines?

No. Agendessa is not practice management software: it does not track cases, deadlines or documents. It handles appointments, the client record and payment for consultations.

Can I take payment for the consultation upfront?

Yes. Set a payment or a deposit on the service, paid online to your own Stripe account, and issue a receipt or invoice at checkout.

Does it work for online consultations?

Yes, as a separate 45 minute service. Agendessa books it and sends the reminder, and you hold the video call on the platform you already use.

Can several lawyers use it?

Yes. Each lawyer has their own hours, services and clients, and the client chooses online who to book with.

Does the AI receptionist answer while I am in court?

If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books into the calendar. It does not give legal advice.
