Frequently asked questions

Does it draft notarial deeds?

No. Agendessa does not draft deeds and is not a notarial register. It handles appointments, the client record with documents to bring, and reminders.

Can several notaries use it?

Yes. Each notary has their own hours, and the client chooses online who to book with or lets the office choose.

What about clients who forget their documents?

Note the documents to bring on the record. The client gets a reminder before the appointment with what to bring, and can cancel from the link if they are not ready.

Does it work for inheritance procedures?

Yes, as a 60 minute meeting in the signing room. You can book all the heirs for the same time, in the same appointment.

Does the AI receptionist answer the phone?

If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books the appointment. It does not give notarial advice.
