How you work with Agendessa

The busy season, booked online

Customers choose an AC clean, the annual boiler service or an installation and a free time from their phone. On the record you note the unit make and model and the installation date.

Service every year

After an AC clean or a boiler service, the customer gets the “Time to come back” message on their own after 365 days, with your booking link.

Address and travel time

The service address, access and floor show on the booking with a Google Maps link, and 30 minutes stay free for travel between jobs.

Deposits on installations

For an air conditioner or boiler installation you ask for a deposit, paid online to your own Stripe account, so a full day is not blocked for nothing.

Frequently asked questions

Does it manage maintenance contracts?

No. Agendessa does not manage maintenance contracts. It helps with the automatic message 365 days after a service or clean, with your booking link.

Does it do quotes or parts stock?

No. It is not quoting software and keeps no parts or unit stock. It handles bookings, the customer record, reminders and payments.

Can I see which unit the customer has?

Yes. The record holds the unit make and model and the installation date, ready before every visit.

Can I have several engineers?

Yes. Each engineer has their own hours, and long installations take exactly as long as they last.

Does the AI receptionist help in the busy season?
