How you work with Agendessa
Online booking by service
The patient picks a consultation, a mole check or cryotherapy, the dermatologist and a free time. Each service has its own length, from 20 to 45 minutes.
The mole check, every year
After dermoscopy, the patient gets the “Time to come back” message after 365 days. After a follow-up or a peel, after 30 days.
The dermatology record
Skin type (Fitzpatrick), allergies, current medication and medical history are on the record, and consent for procedures is signed on the phone.
Photos on the record, not on a phone
Lesion photos, before and after, stay private on the patient record, not in a personal phone gallery.
Frequently asked questions
Is Agendessa an electronic medical record?
No. It keeps appointments, the basic record, consents and photos. Diagnosis, prescriptions and medical letters stay in your medical software.
Can I take a deposit for excisions?
Yes. Set a deposit on any service, paid online to your own Stripe account, and issue a receipt or invoice at checkout.
Does it connect to health insurance?
No. Agendessa does not report to insurers or handle claims. It suits appointments paid directly by the patient.
Can I have several doctors?
Yes. Each dermatologist has their own hours and patients, and the room is a resource, so two patients never end up in it at the same time.
Does the AI receptionist answer the phone?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books into the calendar.
