How you work with Agendessa
The placement test, online
The student books the placement test and then their lessons, with the teacher and a free time, from their phone.
Packages of 10 lessons
Private and online lessons are sold in packages of 10 that are deducted at every lesson. You always see what is left.
The student record
The record keeps the language studied, the level (A1-C2) and the goal, so any teacher knows where the lesson starts.
Next week's lesson
After every lesson, the student gets the “Time to come back” message after 7 days, with your booking link.
Frequently asked questions
Does it host online lessons?
No. You run online lessons on your own video platform. Agendessa handles the booking, reminders, the package and payment.
Does it issue certificates?
No. Agendessa does not issue certificates. Exam preparation (Cambridge, IELTS) is a service you can book, with its own package.
Can I run group courses?
Yes. Group courses use the classroom as a resource, so two groups never land in the same room at the same time.
Can I take payment for the package up front?
Yes. Sell the package at checkout and issue a receipt or invoice, and each lesson is deducted from it.
Does the AI receptionist answer messages?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks your teachers' real free times and books.
