How you work with Agendessa
Online booking per room
The group picks the game that suits its size, the room and a free time from their phone, even at night. No more confirming bookings by message.
A 20% deposit
The booking is confirmed with a 20% deposit, paid online to your own Stripe account, and you take the rest at the end with a receipt or invoice.
15 minutes to reset
After every game 15 minutes stay free to reset the room, and the calendar has one column per game room.
Parties and team building
On the record you note the number of players and the occasion (birthday, team building). Birthday parties and team building are booked as 120 minute services.

Frequently asked questions
Does Agendessa run the game in the room?
No. Agendessa is not a game control system: it does not run locks, hints or the timer. It handles bookings, deposits, reminders and the client record.
Can I have several game rooms?
Yes. Each room is a resource, and two groups never land in the same room at the same time.
What about groups that do not show up?
They get a reminder before the game and can cancel from the link. You handle the 20% deposit according to your own cancellation rules.
Does it work for companies?
Yes. Team building is booked with a deposit, and you issue a company invoice at checkout.
Does the AI receptionist take bookings?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks which rooms are really free and books into the calendar.
