How it is calculated
No shows per year = appointments per week × no show share × working weeks per year.
Lost per year = no shows per year × average price. Lost per month = lost per year ÷ 12.
Recovered = lost per year × the share you estimate reminders could prevent. This share is your own estimate and differs from business to business.
