Future participants book their enrolment consultation themselves, from their phone or your website, at a free time.

Three hour course sessions are sold as a package of 8 that is deducted at every session. The classroom is a resource in the calendar.

A deposit for workshops

For the one-day workshop you ask for a deposit at booking, paid online to your own Stripe account. The rest is paid with a receipt or invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Does it issue completion certificates?

No. Agendessa does not issue certificates or diplomas. The final exam is booked as a service, with its own room.

Does it host online courses?

No. You run online courses on your own platform. Agendessa handles the booking, reminders, the package and payment.

Can I invoice a company?

Yes. The participant's company is on the record, and at checkout you issue an invoice to the company.

Can I have several trainers?

Yes. Each trainer has their own hours, and one-to-one and mentoring sessions are booked straight with the trainer.

Does the AI receptionist answer the phone?

If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books.
