Frequently asked questions
Does it replace our DMS or sales CRM?
No. Agendessa is not a DMS, a sales CRM or vehicle stock software. It handles appointments: test drives, consultations, valuations, financing offers and handovers.
Can I book the new car handover too?
Yes. The handover is its own service, with your length of time, with the consultant who sold the car.
How do I check the licence for a test drive?
The customer record has a “Driving licence checked (test drive)” field that you tick on arrival.
What about customers who don't show up?
Customers get a reminder before the appointment and can cancel from the link, so the demo car is free again. No-shows are counted on the record.
Does the AI receptionist answer the phone?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books the test drive.
