The patient picks a blood test, a test package or a rapid test and a free time from their phone, instead of queueing in the morning.
Collection points without overlaps
The 2 collection points are resources. The calendar never puts two patients at the same point at the same time, and the glucose tolerance test holds 150 minutes.
Patients arrive prepared
The reminder before the visit can tell them to come fasting. They can cancel from the link, so the slot is free for someone else.
The annual package
After the annual check-up package, the patient gets the “Time to come back” message after 365 days, with your booking link.
Frequently asked questions
Does Agendessa send test results?
No. Results, lab reports and analyser connections stay in your laboratory system. Agendessa is not a laboratory information system (LIS).
Can I note whether a patient has a referral?
Yes. The record has a “Has a doctor's referral” field and sample collection notes. Agendessa does not check referrals or claim them from insurers.
Can I accept samples without a booking?
Yes. Sample drop-off is a 5 minute service with no collection point, and walk-in patients are added from the front desk.
Can I take payment for test packages?
Yes. Take payment from the appointment and issue a receipt or invoice. You can also take online payment to your own Stripe account.
Does the AI receptionist answer the phone?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books into the calendar.
