Customers pick an eye test or a contact lens fitting and a free time from their phone, even in the evening, without calling the store.

The eye test room is a resource: the calendar never puts two tests in it at the same time, while frame selection happens at the counter.

Recalls on time

After an eye test, the customer gets the “Time to come back” message after 365 days. After a contact lens check, after 182 days.

No. Agendessa does not handle stock, lab orders or suppliers. It takes care of appointments, the customer record and payments.

Can I book glasses collection?

Yes. Glasses fitting and adjustment is a 20 minute service with no price, so you know who is coming and when.

Can I take payments in Agendessa?

Yes. Take payment from the appointment and issue a receipt or invoice. You can also ask for an online deposit to your own Stripe account.

Does it work for several optometrists?

Yes. Each optometrist has their own hours, and customers book directly with them.

Does the AI receptionist answer the phone?

If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books into the calendar.
