How you work with Agendessa
Parents book online
The parent picks a consultation, a vaccination or a growth check, the doctor and a free time from their phone, even at night, without calling.
The child's record
The child's name, date of birth, parent or guardian, allergies and vaccinations, filled in once and seen at every visit.
The 6 month growth check
After a growth and development check, the parent gets the “Time to come back” message after 182 days, with your booking link.
Reminders for parents
Parents get a reminder before the appointment and can cancel from the link, so the slot is free for another child.
Frequently asked questions
Does it keep the child's vaccination schedule?
Not as medical software. Vaccinations are noted on the record and the vaccination is booked as a service. The official schedule and registers stay in your medical software.
Can each child of the same parent have a record?
Each child can have their own record with name and date of birth, with the parent as the contact person.
Does it issue prescriptions or referrals?
No. Agendessa does not issue prescriptions, referrals or sick notes and does not connect to health insurance. A medical certificate visit can be booked, but it is written in your own software.
Can I keep slots free for urgent cases?
Yes. Block time in the calendar and online booking will not offer it. You fill it yourself when a parent calls.
Does the AI receptionist answer the phone?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp and your website chat, checks real free times and books into the calendar.
