Frequently asked questions

Does it keep parts stock or supplier orders?

No. Agendessa keeps no parts stock and places no supplier orders. It handles bookings, the customer record and payments.

Does it do quotes or warranty records?

No. It is not quoting software and does not manage warranties. What you did stays in the customer history, with your notes.

Can I also do workshop repairs?

Yes. You can have services without travel, and each technician has their own hours in the calendar.

Does it plan the best route between customers?

No. It does not optimise routes or track the technician. Each booking has its address with a Google Maps link.

Does the AI receptionist take calls?
