Home service contract template for call outs and repairs

A simple two page agreement for plumbers, electricians and heating and cooling engineers: what the job is, what it costs, what warranty you give and what happens if it is cancelled.

The template is a starting point, not legal or tax advice. Rules differ between countries and change over time, so have it checked by a lawyer or accountant before you use it.
