How you work with Agendessa
A booking with the door type
The customer picks a door opening, a lock change or an extra lock installation and a time. The record holds the door and lock type.
Emergencies, kept separate
There is an “Out-of-hours emergency” service with your own price, and you decide which hours it shows as free online.
The address on the booking
The service address, access and floor show on the booking with an “Open in Google Maps” link, and 30 minutes stay free for travel after every job.
The check, ticked on the record
Before opening a door you check proof of residence or ID, and tick on the record that you did.
Frequently asked questions
Does it check the customer's identity itself?
No. You do the check on site, and on the record you tick that you saw proof of residence or ID.
Can I take emergencies at night?
Yes, if you want. The “Out-of-hours emergency” service shows online only in the hours you set.
Can I book car openings too?
Yes. Car opening is a separate service with your own duration and price.
Does it keep stock of locks and cylinders?
No. Agendessa keeps no parts stock. It handles bookings, the customer record, reminders and payment with a receipt or invoice.
Does the AI receptionist take calls while I work?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers the phone, WhatsApp and your website chat while you are on a job, checks real free times and books straight into the calendar.
