How you work with Agendessa
A booking with everything you need
The customer picks an insect treatment, rodent control or a bed bug treatment and a time. The record shows the pests, the area in square metres and whether children or pets live there.
Address and travel time
The service address, access and floor show on the booking with a Google Maps link, and 30 minutes stay free for travel between jobs.
The next treatment, on time
After an insect treatment the customer gets “Time to come back” at 180 days, after rodent control at 90, and businesses on a monthly contract at 30 days.
Treatments in two visits
The bed bug treatment is a 2 visit package that counts down by itself, so you know which visit is next for every customer.

Frequently asked questions
Does it produce the treatment reports businesses ask for?
No. Agendessa does not create technical treatment documents. It handles bookings, the customer record, reminders and payments.
Does it manage business contracts?
Not as documents. The monthly business visit comes back automatically every 30 days with a reminder, but the contract itself stays with you.
Do I know in advance about children or pets?
Yes. It is a field on the record, next to the pests and the area, so you prepare the right treatment before you leave.
Does it optimise routes for my teams?
No. It does not plan routes or track teams on a map. Each booking has its address with a Google Maps link and travel time after it.
Does the AI receptionist take urgent calls?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers the phone, WhatsApp and your website chat while you are on a job, checks real free times and books straight into the calendar.
