Does it log chemicals or water readings?
Not as a technical log. You can add notes on the customer record, but Agendessa is not water testing or chemical stock software.
Does it manage season contracts?
Not as documents. Weekly visits come back automatically every 7 days with a reminder, and the contract stays with you.
Can I book pump or filter repairs?
Yes. Pump or filter repair is a separate service with your own duration and price.
Does it optimise the route between pools?
No. It does not plan routes or track the technician. Each booking has its address with a Google Maps link.
Can the AI receptionist take bookings?
If you switch it on, yes. It answers the phone, WhatsApp and your website chat while you are on a job, checks real free times and books straight into the calendar.
